Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is $6.99 and free on orders over $60. Express shipping is $12.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Handling takes one to two business days and transit takes four to eight, so a standard order usually arrives within five to ten business days of being placed.
Can I return something?
Yes, within thirty days of the day your order arrives. There is no restocking fee. On a change-of-mind return you cover return shipping; if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it. Write to support@maymaxstore.com to start a return.
What sizes do you carry?
Denim is sized 24 to 31. Tops, sweaters and cardigans run XS to L. Both ranges are covered on the size guide, and every product page lists the measurements that decide the fit.
How do I know which pair of jeans will fit?
Every denim product page lists rise, inseam and leg opening in inches. Rise tells you where the waistband sits, inseam tells you where the hem lands, and leg opening tells you how much room there is over a shoe. Those three numbers answer more than a size label does.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes. MAY MAX is at 100 E 188th St, Bronx, NY 10468, open seven days a week. The same people who work the shop floor pack the online orders.
