Shipping Policy

This shipping policy describes how MAY MAX ships online orders from its shop at 100 E 188th St, Bronx, NY 10468.

1. Delivery area

MAY MAX ships to addresses in the United States only. The checkout does not accept delivery addresses outside the United States.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Orders of $60.00 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at $12.00. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

3. Handling time and cutoff

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is 12 PM Eastern Time; orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Transit time

Transit takes 4–8 business days from the day the parcel ships. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore handling plus transit; carrier delays outside MAY MAX's control can extend this.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order when the parcel ships. If you have not received it after the handling window, email support@maymaxstore.com with your order number.

6. Address changes

A delivery address can be changed only before the parcel ships; email support@maymaxstore.com as soon as possible with the order number and the corrected address. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the address cannot be altered.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement well past the 4–8 business day transit window, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@maymaxstore.com and MAY MAX will open a claim with the carrier and resolve the order with a replacement or a refund.
