Shipping policy

Every order is picked, packed and dispatched by us from our shop at 100 E 188th St, Bronx, New York. There is no third party fulfilling orders in our name.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time are picked up the following business day, and orders placed over a weekend are picked up on Monday.

Processing time is the time before the parcel leaves us. It is separate from the time the carrier then takes to deliver it, and the two add together.

Delivery options and cost

The delivery services available to your address, their cost, and the estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Enter your address at checkout to see them. We do not quote a single figure here because the options depend on where the parcel is going.

Transit time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: carrier delays, weather and holiday periods all affect it, and none of them are within our control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after you receive it — a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We ship to the address given at checkout, and once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email support@maymaxstore.com immediately — if the order has not yet been picked we can usually correct it.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not updated for several days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Please check with neighbours and any safe place first, as that resolves most cases within a day.
