These terms govern your use of maymaxstore.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by MAY MAX, 100 E 188th St, Bronx, NY 10468, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details, and to tell us promptly if they change before your order ships.

Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in United States dollars. We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but screens differ and colour reproduction is not exact — images are a close representation, not a guarantee of shade.

Stock is limited and is not reserved until an order is completed. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full rather than substitute something else without asking.

We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel an order placed at an obviously incorrect price. If we do, you are refunded in full and told why.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods, not when the order confirmation email is generated. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where the item is no longer available.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery options, costs and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are shown for your address at checkout before you pay. Your rights to return an item and how refunds are issued are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Use of this site

You may not use this store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content — photographs, product text and page copy — for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of the State of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
