These terms of service govern every purchase made on maymaxstore.com, the online store of MAY MAX, 100 E 188th St, Bronx, NY 10468.

1. The seller

The seller is MAY MAX, a women's clothing store that trades from its Bronx shop and through this website. Contact is by email at support@maymaxstore.com or by phone on (917) 801-2775.

2. Placing an order

An order is placed when you complete the checkout and payment is taken; you will receive an order confirmation by email. MAY MAX may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable or if a listing contained an obvious error, and will tell you by email if that happens.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in full at checkout through the payment methods offered there. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders ship to United States addresses only, with standard shipping at $6.99 per order and free on orders of $60.00 or more, express at $12.00, 1–2 business days of handling, a 12 PM Eastern Time cutoff and 4–8 business days in transit, as set out in the shipping policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, under the refund policy; the customer pays return shipping on a change-of-mind return and MAY MAX pays it when the item is faulty, damaged or not what was ordered, with no restocking fee.

6. Product descriptions

MAY MAX describes each item as accurately as it can, including fabric, fit and available sizes — 24 to 31 on denim, XS to L on tops, sweaters and cardigans. Colours may display differently on different screens; if an item is not as described, the refund policy applies.

7. Your account and information

You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details when ordering. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Website content

The text and images on maymaxstore.com belong to MAY MAX and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

MAY MAX's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
